This lovely old stone home built around 1910 was once a boarding house owned and operated by two spinster sisters, one Hulda Amalie and the other Sophie Agnus.

Amalie is situated right in the centre of town and is an easy walk to the shops, cafe`s and hotels. A 10 minute walk to the newly upgraded river front and ferry.

The cottage has been extensively renovated and opened up to feature two beautifully appointed cottage units with one step up/down between the two and can be used as one large cottage for one or two families or the option is available to rent either side of the cottage. A mixture of old and new furniture with comfy beds, polished wood floors and throw rugs.

Off street parking for several cars.

BE AWARE; COTTAGE on DIFFERENT LEVELS THROUGH OUT. One step up or one step down to some areas.
